Our road map

Our business is owned and run by its members, understanding each other's ideas as equally important. We established ourselves as a software development company in 2007. A decade later, in 2018, we took the big step and transitioned into a cooperative organization. Currently, our main team is based in Bariloche, Argentine Patagonia, a place we love. We are also located in Rosario, Buenos Aires, Spain, and the United States.

We are a hybrid team

With some members fully remote and others commuting to the office daily. Depending on your preferences and circumstances, you can opt for either, or a combination of both.

Time off and leaves

Building a balance between work and other aspects of your life, we offer a minimum of 15 days of vacation, along with 12 national holidays, as well as parental and wedding leave for cooperative members.
